At Stokley Nursery, we are dedicated to serving professionals in the horticultural industry, including wholesale buyers, re-wholesalers, distribution centers, landscapers, and retail garden centers. To establish a business relationship with us, please complete our customer application form. Along with the application, we require additional documentation such as a copy of your business license, W-9 form, and relevant tax information to finalize your status as a new customer. Once your account is established, a representative will contact you directly to discuss your specific needs and how we can best serve your business.
Visiting Our Nursery
We welcome visitors to Stokley Nursery and are eager to showcase our extensive selection of plants. To ensure a safe and informative experience, please contact your sales representative to schedule a tour. For safety reasons, customers are not permitted to drive or walk around the nursery without supervision. Upon arrival, please visit the office to check in and receive further instructions.
Placing Orders
To facilitate efficient order processing, we recommend contacting your sales representative via phone or email at least 24 hours in advance for pickups or deliveries. This lead time allows us to prepare and stage your materials appropriately for shipment.
Delivery Services
We offer delivery services to our customers Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. A minimum purchase of $1,500 is required for delivery orders. Our delivery range extends from Texas throughout the northern and southern eastern regions. Please note that our delivery service is drop-and-go only; customers are responsible for unloading the truck. Deliveries are typically scheduled 3-5 days in advance, so we encourage booking ahead to ensure timely service.
Payment, Pricing, and Promotions
All prices are listed F.O.B. (Free on Board) at our nursery. Listed prices supersede all previous quotations and are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks; however, we do not accept third-party checks. Please be aware that we are not responsible for providing tarp material or labor to tarp your truck.
Guarantee
While we do not offer a warranty on our plants, we guarantee that they are true to name and healthy at the time they leave our nursery. We are not responsible for plants once they have left our premises or after delivery has been made. Any claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Returned items will incur a 10% restocking fee.
